Schmobie's Week

These pictures were all taken in April--I've been a blogging slacker, I know!

Monday: Park Day
It was a beautiful, sunny day, and we took advantage by going to our favorite park.

This water feature will be turned on after Memorial Day--but until that time, it's fun to run up and down.

Tuesday: Toy Store
This locally-owned toy store allows the kids to test the wares. Schmobie loves coming here. M&M and her son B are usually here with us on Tues mornings, but not on the day that I had the camera, unfortunately...









Wednesday: McDonalds
Scratch doesn't approve--he has this thing about McDonalds. Not that I blame him; you've ever seen Supersize Me?! However, he doesn't have to entertain a two-year old on a daily basis either, so he can afford to be somewhat snooty! (Not to worry, Scratch, Mickey D's is not a regular thing--I promise!)




Thursday: Toddler Time at the Library



Schmobie proves that real boys shake pink pom poms. His friends A (brown shirt, yellow pom pom--Suzie Petunia's girl) and B (green pom pom--M&M's boy) are also shake, shake, shaking along. Cici came along too! (Mommy Confession #1: I let my kids skip school once a year, just cause.)


Schmobie finds the elephant on the carpet--but of course! (The boy does have this fascination with elephants....)


Friday: Sports at the Field House
For $2, the preschool set can get their run of the place. Worth every penny, considering how worn out and--most importantly--ready for naptime Schmobie gets!

Schmobie has developed a love for t-ball.



K often joins us at the field house.


Okay, it's been a busy week. It's time for that nap!
